How do I join Flower Shak Rewards?
Joining is free. Create a Flower Shak account online through our store, in the Flower Shak app, or ask a budtender at the register during your next visit. Your rewards start with your very first purchase, including a 250-point signup bonus once you create an account and complete a purchase.
How many points do I earn per dollar?
You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend. As your lifetime points grow, your loyalty multiplier increases from 1× up to 3×, so higher-level members earn up to 3 points per dollar on the same purchases.
What can I redeem my points for?
Points redeem for discounts on your order: 500 points gets you $5 off and 2,000 points gets you $20 off. Rewards are applied at checkout and can be used on any products on our menu.
Do my points work at both Flower Shak locations?
Yes. One rewards account covers both dispensaries, Rockaway Park and Farmingdale, so you earn and redeem the same points balance no matter which store you shop at, and whether you order pickup or delivery.
What are missions?
Missions are one-time bonus challenges that award extra points. Current missions include a 250-point bonus for signing up and making a purchase, and another 250 points for downloading the Flower Shak app for iOS or Android.
How does the loyalty multiplier work?
Your lifetime points, meaning every point you've ever earned, determine your level. Each level increases your earning multiplier along a scale of 1×, 1.5×, 2×, 2.5×, and 3×. New members start at the Customer level and hit their first level-up at 1,000 lifetime points. Spending points on rewards doesn't lower your level.
Can I earn points for referring friends?
Yes. Every rewards account includes a personal referral code you can copy and share. When friends use your code to join and shop, you earn bonus points on top of your regular earning.
Do I need the app to use my rewards?
No. You can earn and redeem in store or through our online menu. The Flower Shak app just makes it easier: track your balance, browse the live menu, place orders, and unlock app-only perks. Downloading it also earns you a one-time 250-point bonus.
