Riis Park and Fort Tilden sit at the western end of the peninsula inside Gateway National Recreation Area, and there's nothing commercial out there beyond the seasonal concessions. Flower Shak is the closest licensed dispensary — about two and a half miles east on Rockaway Beach Boulevard, and directly on the road back.
From the Riis Park lots. East on Rockaway Beach Boulevard through Neponsit and Belle Harbor. Around two and a half miles, six to eight minutes.
From Fort Tilden. Roughly three miles east.
From the Marine Parkway Bridge. If you're coming down from Brooklyn, the bridge lands at the western end of the peninsula — continue east on Rockaway Beach Boulevard and we're about three miles on. The Q35 runs the same route from Brooklyn College and Flatbush Avenue, terminating at Beach 116th Street a block from the door.
We're open until 10 PM Monday to Saturday, which comfortably outlasts a day at Riis. If you're heading out rather than back, place a pickup order on the live menu and collect on the way past.
