Getting here
Route 135 south to the Route 110 corridor, then down past Route 109 — around twenty-five minutes. That is a real drive, so for 11791 the delivery service is the point of this page rather than the directions. It runs from opening day.
What to expect when we open
Flower, pre-rolls, vapes, concentrates, edibles, drinks, accessories and merch from licensed New York producers, all lab-tested. We take debit and cashless payment, there is an ATM in store, and we have our own parking lot rather than a shared strip-mall one.
- Opening November 2026. Hours will be published here as soon as they are confirmed.
- Delivery runs from opening day, across both Nassau and Suffolk.
- Bring a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID showing you are 21 or older. Everyone gets carded, every visit, and a photograph of an ID is not accepted.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a dispensary in Syosset?
No. Every town and village in Nassau County opted out of hosting new adult-use retail dispensaries before the December 2021 deadline, so no new licence can be issued there. The one adult-use storefront in the county is a registered organisation in Long Beach, licensed under the earlier medical programme and later permitted to add adult-use sales.
Can I get delivery in Syosset?
Yes. Nassau's opt-out stopped dispensaries from opening; it did not restrict licensed delivery to residents. 11791 is in our area from opening.
How far is Flower Shak from Syosset?
About twelve miles south, roughly twenty-five minutes.
When do you open?
November 2026.
Do I need a medical card?
No. Adult-use, 21 or older with valid photo ID.
